The aim of mefilu is to look at health as a whole again and combine the different areas of sport, nutrition and mental health.
Due to the flood of platforms and apps in the fitness sector, it is often difficult to recognize which offer is right for you. These are often advertised with the intention of promoting your own health. However, incorrect movement patterns, poor training strategies or overly isolated stimuli can have exactly the opposite effect.
We want to counteract this and offer a platform that goes "back to the roots" - namely to promote your own health through targeted exercises. The combination with nutrition and mental health offers additional opportunities to boost your health and have a positive impact on your life!

EXERCISE
Sport is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Through regular physical activity, you can not only improve your physical fitness, but also strengthen your mental health at the same time. Exercise helps to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. In addition, exercise promotes the release of endorphins, also known as the happiness hormone, which contributes to an overall better sense of well-being.


NUTRITION
A balanced diet is the foundation for a healthy life. We'll show you how a healthy diet not only nourishes your body, but also improves your health and well-being. Fresh fruit and vegetables, wholegrain products, high-quality protein and good fats not only provide the necessary nutrients, but also strengthen the immune system, aid digestion, regulate blood sugar levels and support a healthy cardiovascular system.
MENTAL HEALTH
Mental health plays a crucial role in our well-being. It influences not only our mood and behavior, but also our physical condition. Strong mental health can help reduce stress, strengthen the immune system and improve overall physical health. By taking care of our mental health, we can achieve a holistic balance between body, mind and spirit.

As a physiotherapist, I give great importance to the quality of movement. That's why we pay particular attention to this aspect at mefilu, so that your exercises promote health and do not cause pain. In addition to the exercises, effective training plans are provided for various goals and symptoms. We also want to support the work of physiotherapists and doctors by enabling them to put together individual training plans for their patients.

My focus has always been on health. Hardly anyone wants to go to hospital and, in my opinion, many visits are avoidable. Hence, the focus must be on health promotion and prevention, which we want to support with mefilu.

I am enthusiastic about linking medicine, sport and nutrition in the digital environment, which is something we want to drive forward at mefilu. As a developer, I am familiar with everyday office life and the complaints that can arise from sitting at a desk for long periods every day. We also want to provide targeted exercises for these everyday complaints in order to promote health and prevent or alleviate pain. My aim is to integrate these into a user-friendly application.
